• Representative contact information (Full Name, Phone Number, Email).
• RFQ data, quotations, and interaction history. 

2. Purpose of Processing

• Verification of professional business status.
• Facilitation of communication and quote submissions between Buyers and Suppliers.
• Account administration, credit management, and subscription billing. 

3. Data Sharing

Buyer contact details and RFQ specifications are shared with Suppliers only when a Supplier unlocks the corresponding lead. Data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 

4. User Rights

Users retain rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
